Under Cowen Bridge

I found some interesting art under the Cowen bridge today. It’s really a shame how they spend time and money painting under the bridge every week when the beautiful art deco top side is woefully undermaintained. Half of the lights don’t work and it’s covered in moss. This town has its priorities upside-down sometimes.
